Dear Heigraaf Guest,

There are some practical things for your vacation that we would like to bring to your attention:

• Should you have booked a luxury pitch with internet you will need a modem, you can pick this up at the reception.
• Family members (including domestic/student children up to age 20) can use your place and have free access to Henschotermeer via personal passes.
• Notice! The Henschotermeer Pass is personal. (In case of misuse, the pass will be confiscated).
• Your visit can use Henschotermeer for a fee. Tickets can only be ordered online at: www.henschotermeer.nl
• If other guests/visitors stay overnight or if a tenant* uses your accommodation, you are required to register them via the registration link that you will receive in another email. (*For rental conditions, see:heigraaf)
• Download our Heigraaf App to always have the most up-to-date information at hand such as opening hours, entertainment program & visitor car registration.
• For visitors' cars, you must purchase a day parking ticket online atheigraaf or via the Heigraaf .
• All reservations are subject to the park regulations:heigraaf(These can also be found on page 11 of the Heigraafse Vakantiegids (Heigraafse Holiday Guide).)
• The showers in the bathhouses work by means of a €0.50 coin. You can, of course, bring this with you in advance, but you can also debit or change cash with us.
• The barrier works with license plate recognition. If you stop at the barrier column, the barrier will open for you. Please make sure that the license plates of the cars have been properly transmitted.
• To ensure peace and safety for all guests, we ask that you drive at walking pace throughout the park.

• Reception opening hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (during school vacations until 7:00 p.m.). Are you coming outside opening hours? Please notify the reception in advance or via info@heigraaf.nl.
